[comp.binaries.ibm.pc.wanted] Looking for PC macro maker

gc1m+@andrew.cmu.edu (Geoffrey I. Cox) (06/26/91)

I am looking for a program that lets me replay a set of commands. I
remember something a while back called Phantom that did just that. My
goal here is to automate mail-reading by having the program just throw
in a user I.D. and password automatically. Any help or info on such
programs would be helpful.

Thanks.

Is there anything for the PC like the old CP/M program called EX?
(For those unfamiliar with EX, it let you enter a whole bunch of
various commands, then execute all of them; irrespective of any
sort of command line length, it stuffed them all into RAM, and ran
  them.)
