When I think about audio sounds being integrated into applications I think of Procomm. When the user does (alt-d) for example, to call up the dialing directory, there is a "boinking" type sound that is emitted. This also happens whenever the user opens a window or closes one. The sounds do not bother me, as a matter of fact they are a welcome switch from the normal and somewhat boring and monotonous programs that exist these days. =============================== =Lparker@auvm.american.edu= =University Computing = == == ===============================
