The child had been taken to the state hospital to be treated for dysentery, a few hours later the mother was notified that she could claim her child's corpse. Because of obvious signs of surgery an autopsy was performed and it was discovered the infant's organs had been replaced with disposable diapers. (Spanish Radio 6/18)
