Hey there. I've been waiting around for DesqView/X to rear its gorgeous (?) head, and was wondering whether there's any official word on availability? I've heard '1st quarter' (too late) and 'summer', but these were rumors. Any substantiation out there? Anyone beta testing it who can tell us about it? I was also wondering whether it'll be usable over a modem line into a LAT server (no SLIP or PPP, basically a dial-in-and-telnet node). Recently I heard there is a DESQview/X running under DOS. I want to know its spec. Can I use it with Xircom Pocket Ethernet Adapter? My laptop PC(386sx, w/o 387) has only CGA (or 640x400 mode), Is it support CGA? And, how much is it cost? (Sorry, I have no idea of DESQview.)
