Well, I just got Lotus 1-2-3 version 3.1 heaved at me as part of a
big software/hardware grab bag our department finally got, and I've
installed it and it's really pretty and blah blah blah. My question,
though, is: How in the world do I give memory that looks like
extended memory to programs under DesqView? I've been all through
the manuals and online help and the CP screens, and all I can do is
give it a hunk of EMS that it chokes on. Of course, all the previous
versions of 1-2-3 wouldn't run unless I made my extended into EMS.
How nice of them to do a full 180 just as I'm finally figuring out
how to get some performance out of this $3000 idiot box they call
a Model 55SX....
Thanks in advance....
