Has anyone out there had any luck with "spawning" a remote dos shell when dialing in to ProComm+? My system works great till I try to shell to dos after I've dialed in. As soon as I do, the input somehow is still coming from the actual keyboard attached to the PC, rather than via the modem. I even pulled the PIF file off of SIMTEL for procomm but have had no luck in remedying the problem. Procomm doesn't hang, it just sits there waiting for input from the keyboard. ( DOS 3.3, Micronics 386SX motherboard, DV 2.3, AMI BIOS ).
