I have recently joined the ACM and have received my first issue of 'Communications'. I was hoping to find a list of back issues (with descriptions) and some procedure for obtaining them. I didn't. I specifically want to find (and obtain) the recent issue on graphics and multimedia (CD-I, JPREG and all that).
