Therefore, this posting is followed by the definitive five postings, and by !Submit - the tool used to create postings. Note - !Submit needs to use !SubExtWrk (as does !Extract). The tool that will be used for taking postings from c.b.a and extracting the original data is !Extract. The following five postings should be used to provide you with a working copy of !Extract, and it's working directory !SubExtWrk. If you want to submit material to c.b.a, you can either use !Spark, or !Submit (which follows). If you have a UN*X box, all you need to do to extract the original data is uudecode the articles which go to make up a contribution, then decompress it then finally extract the files using tar. Alan
