A while ago I posted an article asking people to send me references
dealing in the broad area of biocomputation. I received a handful of
replies and (slowly ;-) have been compiling them into one large BibTex file.
This file will be available via anonymous ftp from ftp.umiacs.umd.edu in the
directory, /pub/biocomp. I suspect that over the next few days it will
appear. I will send a posting when it is ready.
To all those that sent me their references (especially Jim
Holloway), thanks. The list is incredibly broad and therefore covers many
of the areas that those of us working in biocomputation often find ourselves
dealing with.
If anyone wishes to send me their references, feel free to do so and
I shall try and incorporate the differences and update the file as
frequently as time permits. Further, if you folks think it would be helpful
to break the file apart, please tell me how you would like it broken apart
(ie. All books in one file, all articles in one file etc. Or, material
dealing with CS in one file, material dealing with Bio. in one file,
etc....).
Lastly, to those that have sent me references, please check the list,
when it is available, to make sure I have not goofed in compiling a
particular entry.
