[comp.windows.interviews] reading postcript files in idraw

Are there any filters available to make an idraw compatible eps file
from a postscript (or eps) file generated by another program?

I would like to use idraw to edit plots made using NCAR graphics,
which produces cgm. There are filters available to convert the cgm to
postscript and encapsulated postscript but idraw will not with the
resulting files.

If there are no ready-made filters, is there documentation on the
format that idraw expects so that I can modify the existing postcript
filter?
