[comp.windows.interviews] Strange Doc behavior

This is expected behavior--it can't find the file.  I don't believe there is a search path
for figures, though it would be useful.

Not by default.  You need to select the figure and then choose the "Final mode" option
from the View menu.  This can be customized with the init_psfig_mode resource.
