[bionet.neuroscience] Sleep-score

Hi |
I am in this way checking out the interest for analysis software for EEG/EMG
data. I am for the moment developing a program package for handling of EEG/EMG
data, menu and mouse driven. This package lets you look at EEG data, numeri-
cally and with power spectrum plots. You may set your own limits for scoring
of data into sleep types (SWS1,SWS2,Wakefulness and REM (PS)). Artifacts and
epilepsy are recognized.
From the scoring you may plot hypnograms and also see how your scoring matches
with EEG power by plotting histograms (Amount Of Epochs vs. EEG Power).
The package also produces help for effective visual scoring of EEG curves.
All data output can be directed onto a format that is accepted by LOTUS 123
and most other spreadsheets. There is also possibilities of directing output
data and EEG data to BMDP statistical package.
Input data ? ASCII-files, no limits in size (except for DOS' 32 Mb limit).
You yourself specify the format=> all ascii data formats are accepted.

If you want more info, or want to bring wishes as to what to implement in
such a package, mail me ||
