I am posting this note on behalf of my wife, who reads this group over
my shoulder. Replies to me or the net, etc.
I am thinking about determining what neuronal genes are induced
following excitation, besides the immediate-early genes. I have
been told that substraction libraries may be of help but frankly
I have no idea of what they entail and how this procedure will help
me. If anyone has any experience with substraction libraries I
would appreciate information on their applications and how they
are actually done.
