[comp.os.coherent] What is piggy

I am new to the net and to comp.os.coherent, but I've been running Coherent OS
for about 6 months now.  Can anyone explain to me what is "piggy" and how to
access it?  From the conversations I gathered that this is some sort of
BBS with tons and tons of source for coherent, but I need more info on it.
