I have been trying to get wnews up and runnig and am having a couple of
problems that "hopefully" someone can help me out with... my feed works
fine but when gnewsrun is executed I get a couple of "permission denied"
errors when it is trying to mv files (the ACTIVE file for instance). I
checked all the mode bits and owner and group, they all look fine so I am
unsure of what the problem is. Also is my .newsrc file created by gnews or
do I have to do it myself (and if so does it look just like the ACTIVE
file?). Finally I am assuming that the reason gnewsread doesn't work
(won't show any messages existing in any of the groups) is because of the
problem with gnewsrun moving files. If any of this make sense and someone
can help me out I would really appreciate it.
