I have found a nasty little problem with uux on Coherent v3.1... uux places the X file *first* in the C file -- which means the X file is available for processing before the D file has arrived. This causes much grief on the machine I'm feeding from (experimentally at this stage; news and mail are still handled under DOS from this machine), as uuxqt runs as a separate process, and munches apon the X file as soon as it arrives, causing it to barf on finding that the D file isn't quite there yet. I've kludged around with things so that the Xfile gets processed five minutes later if the Dfile hasn't arrived to make it work, but it'd be nice if Coherent's uux would fire off the X file last, like other implementations do. So, does anyone have a fixed version of uux?
