Dear Network, Does anyone know if a plasmid exists that can be used to retrofit a selectable marker (other than ampicillin) and an ori for E. coli to the right arm of a YAC clone. If so could they contact Caroline Dean by sending a message to arabidopsis@jii.afrc.ac.uk. Thanks.
