Dear Subscribers,
I am interested in using diepoxybutane to mutagenize Arabidopsis seeds.
Has anyone got a protocol for it? And what is known about the characteristics
of the mutations generated by this chemical. I would also appreciate any tips
on handling the chemical, which is presumably harmful. If there are published
references, please let me know.
