Could someone please elaborate on LZFG?  I thought I knew what it was
supposed to be, but after seeing the extremely good compression rates
in the-introduction-article, I'm not so sure any more.

As I see it now, LZFG does not use a secondary (Huffman or Shano-Fannon)
encoder.  What was the dictionary size that was used in the example LZFG
encoder?
