Assam goes to polls tomorrow (Thursday) for 7 Lok Sabha and 58 assembly seats. 5.4 million voters are expected to exercise their franchise. In Punjab, election to two assembly seats was countermanded following the killing of candidates. With this election s for 18 assembly constituencies have been countermanded. Ludhiana parliamentary const would go to polls ( details soon ). The NF chairman broke his six day fasting in Hyderabad. He said to have attended a few public meetings since then. The new ambassador of Kumat to India Mr.Dharar Abdul Razaq presented his credentials to the president Mr.Venkataraman in New Delhi on Wednesday. Narotham Reddy
