Following is the summary of main stories from 8pm Radio Pakistan          
News Buletin dated 18 June 1991 read by Ishrat Fatima.

Today NA approved the mini-budget for current financial year               
ending on 30th june 1991. The mini-budget amounts to more than             
27 Billion Rupees. Answering questions, it was told to NA that             
this mini-budget is far lesser than PPP mini-budgets. Thereafter,          
NA convened its session for indefinite period.                             

Today Speaker NA approved some previlage motions for discussions           
against the charges of rigging levelled by PDA in certain NA               
constituencies. These motions were handed over to select committees.       

Today Justice Nabi K. Junejo was shot dead while travelling in his         
car from his home to his special court for terrorist activities in Karachi. 
President has expressed his sorrow on the incident in his message to the   
Cheif Justice Sindh. PM has also condemned the act and said that           
terrorist will never succeed in their aims. Sindh Assembly also            
offered Fatiha over the death of learned Judge. ( The learned Judge was    
hearing the case of Mr. Asif Zardari {A-to-Z}).                            

A delegation of PNP met PM today in Islamabad.                             

Sindh Assembly approved the Provincial budget for next fiscal year.        

Punjab Assembly passed a resolution stressing upon Govt. to press           
the Federal Govt. to cut the duties on import of certain agricultural      
machinary.                                                                 

Sarhad Assembly continued debate over next year's budget.                  

In Occupied Kashmir, all businesses came to stand still in response to     
a call for strike by Freedom Fighters. In Srinagar Army is conducting      
house to house search and many people have been arrested. Last night,      
three people died in a clash between Army and Freedom Fighters in Srinagar. 
In another clash one Freedom Fighers was martyred.                           

Cogress(I) has won 214 seats so far. It needs 250 seats in order             
to make a Govt. without coalition.                                            

In the fight between Tamil Rebels and Srilankan Army that is continuing      
for past the four days, 120 Tamil rebels and some Srilankan soldiers have    
died.                                                                        

It rained in Rawalpindi and Islamabad, today morning. It is still raining.
