Friday ============================================================== Mr.Kalyan Singh is likely to be the new chief minister of Uttar Pradesh. His name has already been cleared by the BJP central parliamentary board. The newly elected members of BJP state legislature are meeting in Lunknow to elect their leader tomorrow.
