There's a new Windows 3.0 BBS in Seattle called Window Frame that has a pretty large selections of Windows 3.0 shareware programs. Some not even found on Cica. The number is (206)937-1186. I've also just uploaded the BBS's complete list of files on cica.cica.indiana.edu. You can get the file called 'allfiles.zip'. Let me know if there's anything of interest you want uploaded to Cica.
