[uw.mfcf.system] mfcf-basics data files for rcpall and rshall going away

The files /software/mfcf-basics/data/hosts/rcpall and
/software/mfcf-basics/data/hosts/clients are going away.  System
administrators who depend on these should copy their contents to a safe
location.  "rcpall" and "rshall" are not currently supported by MFCF
and may vanish without further notice.
