Is there a reasonably robust Troff to Tex converter? I know about
the 1987 Kamal Al-Yahya, Stanford University software, but wonder
if there is something better.

A fellow Christian Engel just posted something to comp.text.tex that he
describes as an enhanced version of Al-Yahya's 1987 code. He calls
it tr2latex 1.0.
