>>I have been monitoring the discussion about the doctor through it's >>entire cycle. [...] > >If you had been monitoring the whole line of discussion [...] As usual, I've sent some comments via email, which I simply don't expect a reply to (betting on the odds... :-) The only thing I'd like to draw people's attention to is the fact the "Dr. Mikie" discussions come up at strangely regular intervals; Or more appropriately, whenever the last discussion- fest has disappeared. It always seems that someone, always someone different, pops in with a few comments that can only manage to stir something up, yet _one_more_time_. It has seemed clear for a while that the only intention here is to keep the old crap alive, stir up some lively arguing, and sit back and watch the resultant banter. If I'm wrong about that impression, I'm sure a reasonable amount of evidence to the contrary will change my opinion dramatically. If someone is actually deriving some sort of strange pleasure from something this sophmoric, then I simply request that everyone else deny them the reward for their effort. The issue is long dead, and long over. Leave it dead. Even if someone else tries to revive it. Nothing of value can be served. (Though I still would like to see this research paper :-). On the other hand, I'm more than willing to offer any information I have, including opinions. All anyone needs do, is ask. Simple. (My bets are, that will work for most people...) Yawn. -- Robert J.
