	If this were possible, as a corporation, you would be able to
	purchase software from the ATT toolchest with internal distribution
	(read: to all involved) for reasonable pricing. There was talk
	prior, about ksh. Seems this may be that oportunity to obtain it
	for the $3k price, not the $10k price.
	Of course, if you're 'talking them into giving source', why 
	not go the whole nine yards and get toolchest too!
