zerkle@iris.ucdavis.edu (Dan Zerkle) (03/24/91)
I will be out of town for about a week. While I'm gone, the backup moderator, Mike Meyer, will be covering for me. Any message you MAIL to announce@iris.eecs.ucdavis.edu will get forwarded to him. You can also submit announcements to him directly at mwm@decwrl.dec.com. If there is some problem getting submissions to Mike, you can give your submissions to Jason Tebbitts (sp?), the moderator of comp.sys.amiga.reviews who hasn't been getting nearly enough work lately (hint, hint). His address is honp9@menudo.uh.edu. Don't try anything funny on these guys. I've instructed them to be as cranky and uncooperative as possible. Don't think you can get away with anything just because I'm not on duty. Do not make submissions by simply posting them. Some systems will take messages like this and forward them to me. However, I think that it is unlikely that they will be properly forwarded to the backup moderator. Instead, you should MAIL your submissions to announce@iris.eecs.ucdavis.edu. Any submission you MAIL to announce@iris.eecs.ucdavis.edu after I get back will go to me again. By the way, you should MAIL your submissions to announce@iris.eecs.ucdavis.edu. MAILing your submission to announce@iris.eecs.ucdavis.edu is the best way to get it to the moderator. Any submissions should be MAILed to announce@iris.eecs.ucdavis.edu. As it says in the guidelines, if you want to make a submission, the best way to do it is to MAIL it to announce@iris.eecs.ucdavis.edu. -- Please see monthly postings for the disclaimer, the introduction, the charter, and submission instructions. Comments to zerkle@iris.eecs.ucdavis.edu. ALL SUBMISSIONS TO announce@iris.eecs.ucdavis.edu (don't auto-post).
