********************************************************* * Networking '91 - The Canadian Networking Conference * ********************************************************* Queen's University Kingston, Ontario June 16-19, 1991 The 1991 Canadian networking conference will focus on the implications of changes and developments in networking and computing to researchers and educators. The conference objective is to provide attendees with an update of emerging network developments and focus on other technical networking topics of interest. The evolution and issues regarding TCP/IP and OSI will be discussed at management and technical sessions. The conference will be held at the Holiday Inn, 1 Princess Street, Kingston, Ontario, commencing at 8:30 a.m. on Monday, June 17 and concluding on the afternoon of Wednesday, June 19. Network executive board meetings will be help on Sunday, June 16 and Thursday, June 20. Registration will begin at 12:00 noon on Sunday, June 16, followed by a reception at 7:00 p.m. A boat cruise and banquet is scheduled for the evening of Tuesday, June 18. Enrollments from NetNorth and/or CDNnet member institutions should be submitted through the NetNorth or CDNnet Director for that institution, or a Regional or National Network Management Board. Attendance from other interested institutions or individuals is by invitation. The registration fee is $125.00 per person which includes receptions, breakfasts, lunches, boat cruise and banquet.
