Is anyone aware of a .223 lefty bolt action? I know that Savage, Remington and Ruger make a lefty in the big game calibers but I'm interested in a varmit rig. I've considered the Ruger #1; however, I would like the accuracy edge the bolt action can give. The only option I can see at this point would be a custom rifle built around one of the commercial lefty actions. The price of $1200+ for a custom rifle is a little out of my reach. -- Brian Vandewettering - NRA, NRA-ILA, OSSA -- Opinions are MINE!!! To answer your question - No I don't know. However I am looking at a 1991
Remington catalogue. The model 700(tm) BDL is a bolt action gun. The copy
says "Left-hand actions available in seven popular calibers from 22-250
Remington to 338 Win. Mag." Oh, just found out which 7:
22-250, 243, 270 Win., 7mm Rem Mag., 30-06, 308 Win., and 338 Win. Mag.
I guess that answers the question about Remington.
Good Luck,
