I know this is a local question relating to the state of residence, but maybe someone else knows. What is the procedure to obtain a permit to carry a firearm in the state of Pennsylvania? Thanks. - Dan

Go to they County Sherrif with a check for $12.50 and your drivers license.
It should take about a month. The permit is good for any gun you can conceal
and is valid everywhere in the state (even Philadelphia).
If you live in Philadelphia you probably won't get one.
