[comp.lang.vhdl] VHDL Cookbook in standard ps?

Has anybody translated the VHDL Cookbook (by Peter Ashenden)
files into *standard* postscript? We have not succeeded in
printing the Apple-ps files in our unix net (Sun/Apollo/
Intergraph/...). Or maybe a file section to be included in
the start of the Apple-ps files to make them understandable
for standard ps interpretation?

My copy barffed on after page 4 of chapter 7 on my laserwriter
hooked to a Mac!
