[comp.lang.vhdl] The VHDL Cookbook

Could someone please let me know of an easy way to obtain a copy of
"The VHDL Cookbook" by Peter Ashenden ?  I think this question has been
asked before on this newsgroup, but I've just recently begun following
the group and those postings have been thrown away.
