[comp.lang.vhdl] Looking for Introductory book on High-Level Synth

Hi,

 I want to buy an introductory book on High-Level Synthesis. I am hoping 
 that readers of this newsgroup would be able to give me advice in this 
 matter. Any comments on why you think the book is good would be most welcome.
 I will post a list of responses if there is sufficient interest.
