[comp.lang.vhdl] Looking for "standard logic package" VHDL

If anybody has knowledge of a VHDL package called "standard logic package",
please inform me.  I am interested in silicon compilation and the ieee 1076
vhdl standard.  Also if you know of articles regarding synthesis tools or
techniques in the public domain please let me know.
