[comp.sys.amiga.graphics] PD ILBM to brush program??

Please help me find a public domain program that will take a full-screen
picture and convert it into a 32 color representation as a smaller brush
that looks VERY much like the original picture. ARexx control would be great,
but I guess I can't be too choosy. I'm open to news about commercial programs
that do this, under  ARexx control.  Thanx! :) rbattle@hydra.unm.edu
