We just picked up a copy of IntroCAD Plus, and are having trouble building a printdefs file for our HP DeskJet Printer. We think we have figured out how to build one for an old Star Dot Matrix printer (we have not actually tried it for various reasons). But the DeskJet is significantly different. We have faxed a request to the maker for help, but to date no response (other than to ask us to fax it again when the original failed to get through). Anyone out there have one with ideas on how to procede?
