Anyone know more about this?
What does it do? What is the price?

I believe the upgrade price is $120. What it is is a math
coprocessor which takes two neighboring pixels, computes an
intermediate color, and displays it. This way you get more
pixels, more color with no extra taxing on the system or
enlarging of the file size. However, those extra pixels are not
individually selectable, but that shouldn't be a big problem.
