I'd like to solicit opinions of the highest quality means of digitising composite video. I know of a few products but wonder which, if any, deliver "professional". I have used superPic but was not very pleased with the output, though that may relate to my usage. The framegrabbed image appeared very sharp but both the ham and 16 color hi-res digitised results were very soft. I understand that using a monchrome digitiser such as DigiView can give good (better?) results, however this doesn't really meet my needs as composite input is required.

It's a 24-bit device that can digitize (though not store away) in realtime, also usable as a framebuffer. Big support software included. Pictures from it look like they ever should have. -- Best regards, Dr. Peter Kittel // E-Mail to \\ Only my personal opinions...
