Hi, I'm looking for any DCTVers out there who are using it on the A500 with the regular Angus chip (i.e. 512K chip ram). First of all, does it work? Is it painfully slow on a plain-jane 68000 processor? Does having lots of fast ram (8megs) help? Thanks, Lou

The only part that gets a bit clunky is when you have largish brushes. I worked with a 3 meg 500 w/old agnus and it was just fine. DCTV also comes with 1 megabyte versions of the program modules so 3 megs in not absoloutly required. I haven't tried it in this configuration so I couldn't tell you how functional it is in that config. --------------------------------------- | patrick_meloy@outbound.wimsey.bc.ca | | 'The Outbound' BBS Vancouver BC | ---------------------------------------
