Has anyone out there who owns a digiview with a Panasonic camera ever lost their lens cap?? Well gosh, golly, gee... I sure have. Anyways to save whatever money it costs for a new one, I have found an alternative. Use a lid from your standard, plastic 35mm Kodak film can!! All you have to do is take an X-acto knife and cut off the inner lip, leaving the outer lip and the cap intact. Then presto!!! You've got a nicely, snug fitting lens cap for your Panasonic camera. If you don't take pictures with a 35mm ask a friend for a Kodak film cap. If you don't have any friends, ask at a local film developer shop and see if they have any. Remember... this idea is supposed to be cheap. :-> WARNING: IF you have the dexterity of zero, I suggest you get someone else that can handle it (who doesn't charge money - think cheap) or at the very least who has fingers that are expendable. :-] NOTE: Not responsible for any injuries, bloodshed and that sort of thing relating (and even not relating) to this project.
