You are assuming that both C= and Newtek are one product companies. The new black box machine will take a couple of years to get to market. By being nice about it, NewTek will continue integrating their products primarily into C= architectures. If they don't get the support they need to survive on C= architecture, they will move to some other. Regards Alan
