Some of you might not realize this, but there is a USENET mailing list which is dedicated to the discussion of the 3D renderer Imagine. The list is for sharing ideas, bug-workarounds :-) and techniques dealing with Imagine or 3D in general. There are currently about 100 members of the list, and we're kinda proud of our signal-to-noise ratio. If you're interested in the list, all you have to do is E-mail to sign up. Everyone is welcome, _especially_ those who are still learning how to use Imagine. Its learning curve is much easier to climb if you have help. To join, send me (spworley@athena.mit.edu) e-mail with your mail address and I'll add you. If you have a standard Internet address, like bob@goober.edu, things are peachy. UUCP addresses (with lots of !'s in them) are much less likely to work reliably, but still function. To actually send mail to the list, you send mail to the address "imagine@athena.mit.edu" and it is automatically distributed to all the members. Administrivia like subscribing and de-subscribing should be sent to the administrator, (me!), spworley@athena.mit.edu. Keep on rendering! -Steve ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Steve Worley spworley@athena.mit.edu ------------------------------------------------------------------------------

How does one join the Imagine mailing list? For that matter, would someone please send me a listing of available mailing lists.
