Pardon me if this is an annoyingly well-known thing, but what is the easiest way of creating and editing sprites? I didn't find anything in my search through xanth's archives, including "FILES.z". Can they be created with any of the commercial paint programs? Something in the public domain would be even better, of course. Again, apologies for my ignorance in this area. My work with the Amiga has been almost exclusively in audio, and this is my first venture into the graphics hardware. Any help would be appreciated.
