[comp.sys.amiga.audio] THE SCRATCHER : any info about it ?

Hi,

I read on an italian magazine, "Computer Music", about a program
called "THE SCRATCHER", which let's you play around with 30 sampled sounds,
making effects a-la "House" Music.
Does someone has got it ? Or does someone could give more info about it ?
