[comp.sys.amiga.audio] Where do the mods come from?

Just a little curious as to where the mods on ab20 come from. I 
realise that some would be put there by authors who have access to
the net. However, some mods (like 'Scrambled Mind' - which I 
definitely recomend) have authors which don't give I-net adresses.

Just curious - no flames pls.
