Can anyone give a comparison of Pagestream 2.0 to the 1.8 version? How does it compare to Pagemaker (MAC) or MacWrite as far as a WYSIWYG DTP Package. I am considering buying it to use w/ a HP LJ IIP and wonder if it is worth the price. David C Lee "I hold a cup of wisdom but there Clemson University // is nothing within..." I just received my Pagestream update package yesterday (updating from v1.8 to v2.1). My impression is that the new manuals are a lot better, and there seem to be a number of new features. I haven't had a chance to finish installing it yet, though. I have used v1.8 for quite a bit of work, and I will post a more complete summary of v2.1 as soon as I have had a chance to do something non-trivial in it (don't worry, that should be soon; I have two letterheads, a business card, a logo, and a batch of tickets in my "to-do" bin). Pagestream v1.8 works well for the kinds of things I do (newsletters, logos, and letterheads, mostly), and I am expecting more of the same from v2.1. I have tried most of the Amiga DTP programs on the market, and feel that Pagestream is the best. v1.8 has quirks; I simply learn them and work around them --- I am hoping that v2.1 removes some of the quirks and adds some new features.
