Netters:
I just ftp'd pasTeX.lzh (both 1 and 2) from off of
ab20.larc.nasa.gov. Following the instructions in the readme file, I
assigned TEX: to the directory where pasTeX was unpacked (assigned
TEX: :pastex/tex) and went to build the plain.fmt file by:
1) cd tex:formats
2) tex:bin/initex plain \dump
This is what the plain.log file said:

What gives? (I also tried building plain.fmt in the macro directory
where plain.tex resides).
Should I be making assigns that weren't mentioned?
