[comp.sys.amiga.applications] Sound Program

I am looking for a sound program for the Amiga.  Something that lets me
change the sound of my mouse into other sounds and also something that
talks to me.  I have heard of something like this on the Mac where
Arnold says "I'll be back"  when you quit a program.  Is there anything
like this available for the Amiga and where can I find it.
