EpsonQPlus V4 and V5 doesn't work with Panasonic, because ESC-$ is interpreted differently by the KX-P1124 printer. The driver works, but you may have to wait 1-2hours to get you dump ;-) So use PanasonicPlus V5 and you'll be much faster than Nec-Pinwriter and have such features like font switching... >- chris (PS: Because of a small bug in V4, please use V5 or flush memory after switching from 360YDPI to 180YDPI) ---- Wolf Faust cbmvax!cbmehq!cbmger!venus!wfaust Tel: +(49)69-5486556 FIDO: 2:243/43.5

(at least I don't recall it :) . In other words, are you saying that the KX-P1124 is not 100% compatible with the Epson LQ-2500 as it is supposed to be? >So use PanasonicPlus V5 and you'll be much faster than >Nec-Pinwriter and have such features like font switching... >(PS: Because of a small bug in V4, please use V5 or flush memory >after switching from 360YDPI to 180YDPI) Ok. I would like to try the 'PanasonicPlus V5'. Where can I find it? Both printer support ESC-$-n. Only the way they execute the command are different... Panasonic gets slow... Epson speeds up... >Ok. I would like to try the 'PanasonicPlus V5'. Where can I find it? Hmm I don't have FTP.... but I hope to make it available soon on ab20...
